This is an exciting opportunity to lead Inbound Integration to ensure seamless connection and flow of inbound signals and processes from merchandise purchase order through vendor settlement, a critical component of our enterprise Inventory Control & Loss efforts driving a significant EBIT impact. This role involves developing and leading an organization to drive horizontal alignment of cross-functional data, enhancing data quality, optimizing inbound processes, and improving system connectivity across the enterprise to support efficient and effective Operations. This leader will be a strategic partner and take a proactive approach to triaging and resolving current issues while simultaneously developing and implementing strategies for future growth and improvement. This role sits on the Supplier Operations Team in Inventory Operations and reports to the Sr Director, Supplier Operations. A Day in the Life... Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement enterprise strategies to integrate inbound data, systems, and processes, incorporating near-term needs and future-state vision. Identify and address pain points and control gaps in the inbound workflow to enhance efficiency and reduce fragmentation. Collaborate with Senior Leaders:
Collaborate with senior leadership (including VPs, SVPs, EVP, and C-Suite Executives) across the enterprise to maintain a focus on top business objectives and initiatives as well as to escalate key status updates and decision points. Partner across Functions:
Influence teams to drive horizontal alignment across the enterprise, including DC Operations, Transportation, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Merchandising, and Finance. Lead collaboration and decision-making between departments with diverse and competing goals and objectives to support end-to-end inbound integration, establishing ownership and accountability across the enterprise. Process Optimization:
Streamline inbound processes to ensure smooth transitions between purchase orders, transportation documents, advanced shipment notices, receiving data, and invoices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to eliminate siloed processes and improve overall inbound visibility. Data and System Integration:
Ensure the integrity and connectivity of inbound data across systems. Partner with Product and Tech to drive business requirements for seamless data flow and system interoperability. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of inbound integration efforts. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on integration progress and outcomes. Team Development:
Build and lead a high-performing team by fostering collaboration, innovation, and navigating ambiguity to create structure in undefined areas, ensuring the successful execution of cross-functional data alignment, process optimization, and system connectivity initiatives. You Own this if You Have... Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Highly capable of navigating through ambiguity, leading independently, thinking big picture, and driving enterprise impact. Strong understanding of procurement processes, data management, and system integration. Excellent leadership, team development, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change. Ability to navigate and define processes in ambiguous situations. Knowledge of data governance and data quality management practices. Pay Range Details The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations. Washington: $150,000 - $245,000 Annually. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
