Services the needs of the patient population through educational programs, care management, therapeutic programs, seminars, and advocacy. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Develops programs to meet the needs of the patient population. Ensures the program operates smoothly and orderly according to the department, Medical Center, and all appropriate regulatory agency guidelines. Develops, trains, and manages assigned personnel. Makes decisions concerning employment, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers, and terminations. Participates in developing, implementing and monitoring program policies and procedures. Make recommendations to management regarding changes and enhancements. Supervises all daily program operations, including billing, managing expenditures, medical records and periodic clinical reports. Participates in preparation of drafts and other fiscal documents. Supervises billing systems and monitors program expenditures. Ensures maintenance of appropriate fiscal records for accountability. Delegates and provides outreach, educational seminars, and advocacy regarding the needs of the patient population. Provides psychosocial rehabilitation as part of a comprehensive program of services. Attends Executive Committee and works with CPP leadership to ensure the overall successful operation of the Community Psychiatry Program. Education Requirements Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Masters Degree in social work, psychology, nursing or closely related mental health field and two years of previous experience. Licensure at the LCSW-C, LCPC, APRN or other comparable level. Work requires the analytical skills necessary to resolve problems requiring a professional level of knowledge in a specific discipline/field and/or improve, enhance or upgrade complex clinical, financial, data processing, marketing or human resources systems and programs. Salary Range: Minimum 44.31 per hour - Maximum 77.57 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
