This firm boasts a top-ranked corporate practice and its esteemed fund structuring/fund services team counsels many of the world’s leading private equity funds. Required Qualifications: · 3 or more years of large law firm fund formation experience, particularly with representing private fund sponsors and institutional investors · Top academic credentials Highlights: · Top of market compensation · Firm recognized for its pro bono initiatives · Formal wellness initiatives Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000+.
