Your Impact
Axon is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the redesign and enhancement of Axon’s core platform experiences, including DEMS 2.0, Axon Home, Navigation, and Notifications. This role will own critical initiatives to improve customer workflows, enhance platform usability, and drive operational excellence across Axon’s ecosystem. As the Principal Product Manager, you will focus on reimagining our Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS 2.0) and contribute to the cohesive, intuitive user experiences across Axon Home and Navigation. You’ll be instrumental in aligning these efforts with Axon’s product strategy and long-term goals. What You’ll Do

Work from home as much as you want, live nearby any of our awesome US R&D Hubs (Seattle, Scottsdale, Atlanta, or Boston) so you can easily collab in-person when it’s helpful and be an active part of our vibrant Axon culture. Reports to:
Sr. Director, Product Management Direct Reports:
0 Lead DEMS 2.0 Redesign: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for Axon’s next-generation Digital Evidence Management System, creating improved workflows and a more intuitive user experience that anticipates and meets evolving customer needs. Axon Home and Navigation: Oversee the design and implementation of Axon Home and Navigation, creating a seamless experience across Axon products. Collaborate closely with design and engineering to craft an intuitive user journey that enhances productivity and engagement. Platform-wide Notifications: Develop and implement Axon’s Notifications strategy, ensuring timely, relevant, and actionable user communications. Lead the rebuilding of notifications infrastructure to support improved customer engagement and operational efficiency. Cross-functional Leadership: Work with teams across Axon’s pillars (e.g., Productivity, APX) to deliver integrated platform solutions. Ensure alignment among design, engineering, and product teams to create a unified, effective platform experience. Customer Experience Ownership: Gain a deep understanding of customer workflows and translate insights into impactful product enhancements that drive user satisfaction. Focus on solving long-term customer problems and improving the user experience across core platform components. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of Software Product Management experience of high scale services with proven results driving revenue, engagement, and customer delight. Strategic Product Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-product initiatives from concept to delivery, especially in platform or multi-product environments. Customer Experience Focus: Strong track record of enhancing user workflows and creating scalable, intuitive solutions that improve productivity and user engagement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Extensive experience working across departments (engineering, design, customer success) to drive alignment and execute on cross-functional initiatives. Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of platform components like notifications and navigation, with the capability to balance feature development with operational scalability. Technical and Product Expertise: Ability to work with engineering on deeply technical products and make informed decisions around architecture and technical trade-offs. Benefits that Benefit You
