Job Responsibilities: As a senior professional, makes a significant contribution to the success of the company through financial impact of revenue contribution, strategic growth of a product or enhancement of the company’s professional image and expertise. Own the development plan of digital and tech related client value initiatives, primarily in the property market. Develop, execute, and manage investment plans and partnerships with external firms related to property (Insurtech and Analytics). Develop and contribute to content that shares new offering plans with necessary teams internally as well as through external content to ensure broadest application of invested assets and partnerships. Collaborate with the global property team to determine priorities for client value and investments accordingly. Drive and collaborate on initiatives with Aon Property Growth team and Reinsurance IT to ensure on track, achieving desired scope and outcome. Ability to effectively and independently conduct relevant business discussions at the most senior level (CEO/CFO). Drive growth opportunity development for reinsurance with commercial risk team. Gain experience in reinsurance brokerage through being a team member of a property account team (approx. 20-25% of time). Adheres to Aon processes and procedures and all quality service requirements to deliver exceptional client value. Recognized as a company leader; committed to continuous improvement and client revenue generation and value creation. Fosters and promotes team approach to both internal and external business relationships. Manages T&E expenses for self and team within corporate guidelines. Commitment to pursuing self-development of knowledge and skills in evolving world of insurance, reinsurance and analytics. Builds and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and reinsurers. You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

Minimum 10 years related experience in insurance and digital strategies. Previous formal or informal experience in managing direct reports. Exceptional interpersonal skills with capability to interact with major clients. Excellent communicator (both verbally and in writing) with internal and external clients. Entrepreneurial attitude with high level of accountability for profitability. Excellent organization and time management skills; able to multi-task and manage projects and direct reports. Ability to drive team(s) to deliver the highest in client service, quality and results. Excellent analytical skills with ability to make sound business decisions. Known problem-solver who anticipates issues and suggests creative solutions. Ability to embrace and drive change in support of the business unit’s and company’s goals. Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products with ability to learn and use multiple software and system-based applications. Professional demeanor with positive attitude. We offer you
