They will collaborate with market Sales, Marketing, Supply, and Finance resources. They will review the demand performance and take improvement actions based on trend results, as well as best-in-class processes. What are we looking for?

Supply chain knowledge and experience in demand planning processes would be an advantage Digitally savvy and strong learning agility with process and systems Ability to communicate comfortably with Senior Leadership at a Market/Cluster level Fluent in English (excellent written and oral skills) What will be your key responsibilities?

Deliver a strong Demand Plan program for assigned portfolio: Owns the consensus forecast, in periods for the full horizon (up to 39 periods), making full use of all available statistical forecasting tools, as well as business intelligence input. Provide required information to build into the DMR. Own relevant Performance Demand KPI, with some accountability for presenting results and developing action plans within the cluster demand planning team. Utilise standard work processes for building blocks and identification of Risks & Opportunities, including clear rules-of-engagement on Scenario Planning process. Assess trends, risks and opportunities together with Sales, Marketing and Finance. Monitor forecast consumption versus forecast and work with Supply Planning team to respond to forecast evolution during the cycle. Escalate short-term forecast issues (unplanned demand) to Supply Planning team. Execute with accuracy the forecast changes for Innovation/Renovation activities in the clusters, ensuring that system profile matches targeted launch and discontinuation plans. Generate and update system forecast for new products and discontinuations to enable strong customer service during the change, with focused intent of mitigating against market NQC.
