Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a qualified candidate for the Director of IT Business Systems, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The primary responsibility of the IT Business Systems Director will be to manage the business systems team that delivers enterprise solutions. The director will also oversee business systems projects, interface with vendors and partners, and make decisions related to technologies leveraged in our systems environment. What You Will Be Doing Woodward in preparation to start on the implementation of SAP S/4 across the enterprise. This will be an exciting opportunity to get involved in shaping the future business systems at Woodward. Leading and managing team of IT Business Systems professionals that supports the business functions of Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Sales. Develop and implement strategic plans for SAP systems to align with business goals, and advocate process design improvements and best practices within the SAP ecosystem. Provide oversight and escalation support for all service provider platform and development operations, ensure SAP systems are up-to-date with upgrades and patches, and monitor and optimize system performance for smooth operations. This is a high visibility leadership role that will present frequently across various levels up to and including senior leadership. What We Are Looking For 10+ years of SAP experience with a preference for experience with SAP S/4. Experience implementing SAP preferably in a multi-site global environment. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Experience with change management and the ability to influence change within the business. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field required. MBA would be a plus.
