What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Drive total group revenue and ensure the resort’s group business targets are met or exceeded Manage a select portfolio of key accounts to generate group business Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly sales meetings with the Group Sales team Oversee hiring, evaluation, and training of the Group Sales team Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Strategy and Optimization to align group sales strategies with overall revenue targets
What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or a related field At least 2 years of experience in a group sales leadership role within hospitality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and Delphi Software Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Washington State Driver’s License within 60 days of employment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): College degree preferred Flexible with work hours and available for travel as needed Experience working in high-stress, deadline-oriented environments
