Probate Litigation Attorney
Our client, a highly respected law firm with a robust trust and probate litigation practice, is seeking a skilled and motivated Probate Litigation Attorney. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney to advance their career in a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of trust and probate litigation matters independently.
- Draft, review, and file petitions, pleadings, and motions.
- Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, and trials.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients, including trustees, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex estate and trust matters.
- Stay informed about California trust and estate law developments.
- Minimum 2+ years of trust and probate litigation experience
- Must be Bar licensed in California, in good standing
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong courtroom presence and client advocacy skills.
- Must reside or be willing to relocate to San Diego, California
