Title: Senior Sales Enablement Manager
Location: Central United States (Remote with Regional Collaboration)
Description:
We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Enablement Manager to lead initiatives that empower our sales teams with the tools, training, and resources needed to drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about creating impactful enablement programs and fostering organizational success through strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement sales enablement programs, tools, and processes to boost sales productivity and effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify improvement areas and develop targeted training programs.
Develop and manage sales resources, including playbooks, collateral, and other support materials.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and methodologies.
Align with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure consistency in messaging and enablement strategies.
Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize sales processes.
Stay informed about industry trends and sales enablement best practices to continuously improve strategies.
Required Skills:
Over 5 years of experience in sales enablement, including at least 3 years in sales or technical sales roles.
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
Strong experience in B2B technology software, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based model.
Proficiency with sales enablement tools, such as CRM systems and learning management platforms.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
Desired Skills:
Experience in multinational organizations.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and executing solutions.
Passion for team-building and supporting professional growth.

Compensation:
Pay range:$120k - $150k base salary/year
