The Product Marketing Manager - Sales Enablement role is all about empowering our sales team to succeed. Acting as the vital link between product, marketing, and sales, you will develop and implement strategies that equip the sales organization with the tools, training, and resources necessary to effectively engage customers and close deals. You'll lead the creation of impactful sales collateral, deliver tailored training programs, and drive alignment across teams to ensure a unified go-to-market strategy. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring you to lead cross-functional initiatives, refine enablement processes, and serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership. Your contributions will directly enhance sales effectiveness, accelerate deal cycles, and drive revenue growth, making this role a cornerstone of the company's success. Key Responsibilities: Sales Enablement Leadership:Design and lead the execution of comprehensive sales enablement strategies to align with Lansweeper business goals and empower the sales team including direct sales and partner (ISV & MSP) sales.Develop, manage, and keep up-to-date high-impact sales collateral, including pitch decks, competitive analysis, value propositions, objection-handling guides, and more.Create and manage a sales playbook that outlines the sales process and provides best practices and templates for the sales team in collaboration with Sales OpsEnsure sales teams are equipped to communicate the value of our platform and solutions effectively to diverse customer personas and segments.Advanced Sales Training ProgramsLead the creation and delivery of tailored sales training programs focused on product knowledge, competitive positioning, and advanced selling techniques.Regularly assess training effectiveness and adapt approaches based on feedback and performance metrics.Strategize with the Readiness Team on the future of Lansweeper's internal/external & online/offline/In-person training academiesStrategic CollaborationAct as a senior liaison between sales, marketing, product, customer success, Readiness and executive leadership to align on priorities and strategies.Drive and help operationalize sales plays around product retention and upsell/cross-sell and collaborate with others including customer success team.Integrate market intelligence, customer insights, and product updates into enablement materials to ensure relevance and impact.Work with sales leadership to identify areas where sales enablement can have the greatest impact on revenue growth and customer acquisitionAdvocate for sales needs within marketing and product development processes, ensuring mutual alignment and success.Program Orchestration and OptimizationOversee the planning, execution, and ongoing improvement of enablement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Apply enablement tools and platforms to streamline access to resources with collaboration with IT/Readiness/Operation teams.Support coordination of global sales enablement roll-out during product releases and launches andEstablish KPIs to measure the success of enablement programs and report insights to leadership, driving continuous improvement.Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).7+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related field2+ years of experience in a senior or leadership role2+ years of experience in a SaaS environment.Demonstrated expertise in building and executing successful sales enablement and training programs, ideally in a B2B and/or SaaS environment.Proven experience in collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and results.Deep understanding of the sales process, buyer personas, and customer journey mapping.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on storytelling and influencing at all organizational levels.Good understanding and working experience in sales enablement and training platforms, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and Sales process (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPICED)Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.Expertise in competitive positioning, objection handling, and crafting compelling value propositions.I live in AustinOur offer you can't refuseFlexibility is key!
