Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the project management process and manage successful use of the program.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies, and work with other leaders to take corrective action as needed.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align projects with organizational goals.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership.
- Track and provide project status and audit reports for team members and leadership.
- Ensure timeline and resource compliance for all projects
- Develop and manage the budget for the project management team, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leadership.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and resource-planning abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and develop diverse teams, promoting an inclusive work environment.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, able to influence across various departments and levels.
- Forward-thinking and innovative in addressing complex issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Robust planning discipline with excellent conceptual and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Repetitive movement of hands and fingers, typing or writing.

- Reach with hands and arms.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.

- Ability to work under tight time constraints, handle sensitive date and multi-task so that deadlines can be met.
