Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives.
- Align project priorities with company goals and long-term vision.
- Project Oversight
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of projects across R&D, manufacturing, operations, and customer-facing initiatives.
- Team Management
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing project management team.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, supply chain, and sales.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure project success.
- Risk Management
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned to optimize future initiatives.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects in manufacturing, advanced materials, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
