The role ensures operational efficiency, optimizes workflows, and drives seamless execution of client projects across marketing, creative, digital, and public relations services. Responsibilities include implementing a comprehensive project management framework to enhance collaboration, resource allocation, and project delivery quality, timeline, and budget adherence. Additional Details Status: Exempt-Salaried Work Location: Falls Church, Virginia Travel: 0 to 5% Reports to: Josh Robinson, President and Chief Brand Officer Start Date: April 1st Role Responsibilities Project Management Framework Development:
Design and implement scalable frameworks, standardize workflows, document processes, build project templates, and establish clear roles and responsibilities. Project Planning & Execution:
Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, utilize project management software, identify bottlenecks, forecast resources, and ensure timely, within-budget project delivery. Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, onboard, lead, mentor project managers, conduct performance reviews, foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Act as liaison among teams, foster relationships, promote shared accountability, facilitate meetings, partner with business development for scope and pricing. Process Optimization & Change Management:
Assess and improve processes, lead change management, train staff, develop scalable solutions. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Define KPIs, analyze data, report to leadership on project performance, challenges, and opportunities. Requirements Skills & Qualifications Required:
6+ years in project management within an agency, expertise in project frameworks and methodologies, proficiency with project management tools, experience managing complex projects, leadership skills, strategic and hands-on balance, alignment with Pinkston’s values. Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in related fields, experience with business development collaboration.
