Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Office Manager to join our office in Denver. This is an energetic and performance-driven office; the Office Manager will have an integral role contributing to effective business operations, employee engagement, and the work environment. This role will work closely with senior and junior employees on a variety of initiatives aimed at streamlining office procedures, enhancing company culture, and other support related tasks.

Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or office manager role, supporting an office or team in a fast-paced professional environment required.
    • Must be proactive and solution-oriented: be the first to notice problems and propose and execute solutions.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure with diverse workloads and minimal direct supervision.
    • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and employees at all levels.
    • Strong understanding of office technology and hardware, and the ability to promptly learn to use new technologies as needed.
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to work with or promptly learn to work with other applications.
    • Ability to apply good judgment and appropriately handle sensitive or confidential information and situations.
    • A team player, willing to assist in other areas when necessary.
    • Ability to work overtime as needed.
    • This role is 100% in-office. Candidates must be able to work on site full time, five days per week.

Duties:
    • Oversee all daily office functions to maintain a professional and enjoyable work environment.
    • Serve as first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and clients.
    • Work closely with internal facilities team on office space, logistics, and improvements.
    • Coordinate with building management and outside vendors on office maintenance and repairs.
    • Provide administrative assistance with calendaring, travel, or document preparation as needed.
    • Manage logistics for in-office meetings, including setting up video conferencing or conference calls, ordering refreshments, and printing materials.
    • Manage breakroom and office supply inventory and budget, including coordination with IT on hardware needs.
    • Take point with IT on equipment or connection issues, ensuring problems are resolved as efficiently as possible.
    • Propose and coordinate internal employee engagement events such as happy hours, offices lunches, holiday celebrations, etc.
    • Provide event planning assistance to Corporate Access and Marketing teams as needed.
    • Partner with Human Capital and administration team to onboard new hires.
    • Process office invoices and employee expense reports and submit for payment.
    • Assist other administrative staff on projects as needed.
    • Establish and maintain working knowledge of company policies and procedures.

$33.65 - $40.86 an hour

This is an hourly, non-exempt position. The potential base pay hiring range for this role is $33.65 - $40.86 per hour. The compensation offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis considering a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the skills, relevant work experience, and geographic location of each specific candidate.
