This position provides the opportunity to focus on Family Law. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with our team of experienced attorneys, providing legal advice and services to our clients, and representing them in court. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your legal career in a supportive and challenging environment.Responsibilities:As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your key responsibilities will include:1. Representing clients in all aspects of family law, including dissolution of marriage, domestic violence matters, custody and visitation disputes, jurisdictional issues, premarital agreements, and postnuptial agreements. 2. Conducting legal research and gathering evidence3. Drafting legal documents.4. Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on their legal rights and obligations.5. Conducting negotiations on behalf of clients to resolve disputes and legal issues.6. Assisting senior attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings.7. Staying updated on the latest laws and regulations within the field of Family Law.Qualifications:To be considered for the Permanent Associate Attorney position, you must have the following qualifications:1. A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.2. Admitted to the State Bar of California and in good standing.3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Attorney4. Proven experience conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual who is ready to take their legal career to the next level.
