Job Summary
This GIS Senior Analyst position will be under the direction of the Project Management GIS team, which is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting location intelligence strategies at Continental Resources. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the implementation and development of location intelligence solutions through effective collaboration with IT and other business divisions. This position will utilize the ESRI platform, Safe Software, and supporting software to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of solution delivery within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities Analyze current operational processes to design and build GIS solutions to gain efficiencies and reduce manual workflows. Build ArcGIS Portal Maps, ArcGIS Dashboards, and ArcGIS Portal Apps solutions for data delivery, collaboration, and analytics. Work to enrich current datasets in the corporate enterprise geodatabase by identifying and filling gaps. Mentor and train new or less skilled GIS Analysts across the organization on ESRI technologies such as but not limited to FME, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro. Build relationships and solutions with business customers which span across the enterprise. Champion efforts to establish corporate standard symbology for foundational datasets and define best practices for authoring desktop maps, digital maps, and GIS dashboards. Utilize Big Data infrastructure along with spatial data to perform spatial-temporal analytics and develop unique and original solutions to business problems. Identify data from public data sources to fill the gap in current datasets and incorporate them into ArcGIS Enterprise. Develop data organization and retention standards for ArcGIS Portal. Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline data delivery and dissemination across the organization. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Competencies

Strong time management, organizational, tracking and communication skills Strong knowledge of state oil and gas rules and regulations. Outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to work with people across the organization at all levels. Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate, and lead projects. Experience in FME Proficient in Microsoft SQL, Python, or similar languages. Knowledgeable of statistics. Understanding of the ESRI stack, including licensing and security. Proficient with data standards and concepts such as data quality, data profiling, and data virtualization. Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or a related degree, such as Geography, Geology, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or Data Management. Minimum of five (5) years of recent related experience working in a GIS role utilizing ESRI desktop, server, and portal technologies An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field Experience with large, complex initiatives, designing and implementing enterprise GIS solutions. Five years of recent related experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
