As a reflection of our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned communications leader to join our team as Senior Manager, Internal Communications, and drive employee communications for our thriving WellNow Urgent Care brand across more than 180 sites. This role will be critical in ensuring we empower employees to thrive and feel connected to the broader culture and purpose of the organization. This is a diverse population of team members requiring timely, relevant, compelling, and easily accessible communication.

Essential Job Functions:

Create, develop, implement, measure, and refine innovative, strategic communications & change strategies and programs that inform, engage, and inspire our WellNow clinical, field operations and corporate team members. Coach, develop, and influence a high-performing WellNow leadership team in successfully delivering communication results and exceeding stakeholder expectations. Provide constructive feedback and development opportunities to support their success. With the guidance and support of the TAG communications team, partner and collaborate with PR, social media, and the broader marketing team as needed to align internal messaging with TAG external communications strategy and brand standards. Cultivate trusted partnerships with the operations and clinical teams, gaining deep insight into team structure, dynamics, norms, and needs in order to successfully counsel leadership on communication efforts, and develop and implement effective communication strategies and tactics. Create and manage a comprehensive internal communications calendar and ensure regular capture and assessment of metrics to track performance and employ a data-driven approach, holding the full WellNow team accountable. Design a thoughtful, multi-channel approach to effectively communicate messages across internal platforms, including meetings, intranet, video, emails, blogs, digital channels, power point presentations, and other emerging technologies. Commit to a culture of innovation on the team, proactively exploring new ways to advance the team's efforts to exceed stakeholder expectations. Assist with managing key meetings (e.g., org-wide meetings, Town Halls, etc.) and events that drive engagement and facilitate employee connection to our goals and mission. Serve as the internal communications lead for crisis response. Minimum Job Qualifications:

10+ years of experience, including previous experience with building and managing high-performing teams. Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, English, journalism or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Advanced degree a plus. Demonstrated experience in successfully creating and delivering strategic communication programs aligned with business goals that deliver real results. Previous experience working alongside senior leaders, providing trusted counsel, and positively influencing decision-making within complex, matrixed organizations. Exceptional skills in helping leaders and organizations define and develop messages that are clear, concise, creative, and persuasive. Ability to synthesize diverse activities into a clear and compelling framework that helps stakeholders understand how they connect to a broader agenda. A commitment to change management, ensuring communications strategies and plans reflect a deep understanding of the impact of change on adoption and engagement. Strategic Approach - keen analytical and strategic planning skills to develop communications that reflect the enterprise's strategy and help advance business growth. Business Acumen - develops a deep understanding of the enterprise's business strategies, industry dynamics and the portfolio of its businesses. Problem Solving/Critical Thinking - approaches challenges and problems in a rational, thoughtful manner that assures understanding and effective resolution. Execution Management - collaborates effectively with business leaders and partners to ensure operational responsiveness to challenges and alignment with business imperatives. Has strong project management skills and delivers results. Expert oral, written, visual and interpersonal communications skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience in leveraging technology to effectively communicate with a distributed workforce. Experience with strategically leveraging metrics to advance programs and consistently employing a data-driven approach. Intranet, blog, or website management experience a plus. Graphic design and video editing skills a plus. Experience working in large, complex, fast-paced organizations a plus. Experience working in healthcare, allied health field a plus.

Annual Pay Range: $130-160k, plus bonus opportunity
