Salary: $68,000 - $78,000/yr Benefits: Vacation, health insurance Hours: Full-time, 40 hours, including weekends, alternative days off Location: Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities
Client Support •Serve as a friendly point of contact assisting with needs like coordinating vendor access to properties. •Open and close homes for showings, ensuring a positive experience for potential buyers and vendors. •Oversee vendor visits and provide prompt updates to homeowners. •Engage professionally with clients and vendors.
Security Measures •Implement protocols to ensure property security during and after showings. •Regularly inspect vacant properties and report any issues.
Expect the Unexpected •Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to handle unforeseen situations. •Tackle on-site issues, accommodate last-minute requests, and address unexpected challenges with a proactive mindset.
Physical Tasks •Be prepared for various physical activities to support property maintenance and presentation.
Car Usage •Use a personal vehicle for tasks like property visits and errands (mileage reimbursement or allowances provided).
Qualifications
•Background in client service roles (e.g., hospitality, film production, service industry, high-end home renovation support, retail). •Real Estate Industry Experience •CA Real Estate License preferred, or you are willing to obtain to support, not sell •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. •Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and design. •Must have a car and be comfortable with physical tasks.
