Publishing.com is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our executive team comprised of our Founders and Department Leaders. This Administrative Assistant will join a powerful team of two other tenured Executive Assistants and play a key role in fostering a supportive workplace where critical initiatives are carried out flawlessly and employees thrive.

Responsibilities- Coordinate complex calendars, manage email, take meeting notes, and help create Google slide presentations.
- Keep projects organized and on task using ClickUp.
- Organize virtual and in-person company events.
- Participate in updating the company intranet, including constant monitoring of content.

- 1+ year of administrative experience in a high-growth startup with less than 500 people. Bonus if it was a fully remote environment!
- Proven experience managing complex executive calendars and project timelines.
- Confidence in event planning, both in-person and online.
- Relentless drive to succeed in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic team player who can contribute to our company and uphold our core values.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including on Slack and Gmail.
$45,000 - $50,000 USD Annually
