Contract Duration: 12-months + potential to extend Worksite Location: Plymouth, MN | Remote or Hybrid What you'll do as a Production Design & Content Specialist: Create, edit, resize, and modify product images (CGI, lifestyle, etc.) to visually communicate product features for eCommerce platforms Collaborate with business units to execute visual content strategies and ensure brand consistency Leverage written content for high-quality visual designTroubleshoot and resolve image-related issues based on marketplace standards Stay aligned with brand voice and style guides for content creation Address customer feedback to enhance the web experience Plan and implement product page enhancements (e.g., size charts, videos) Conduct competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends Identify and improve internal processes and workflows What you'll bring to the Production Design & Content Specialist role: Bachelor's degree in Production Design, Graphic Design, or related field 2+ years of experience in digital production design, preferably in eCommerce and marketplaces (portfolio required) Proficient in Adobe Suite/Photoshop Strong communication skills (oral and written) Knowledge of eCommerce, product marketing, and best practices for showcasing product features Experience with style guides and content standards Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Familiar with e-commerce algorithms and optimization strategies Strong systems understanding and ability to quickly adapt to new tools Take the first step on your new career path!
