Job Description
Our Companyis looking for a CSR. This position is in Youngsville/Franklington area.
Responsiblities Include
Here are some responsibilities of a CSR:- Answering questions: CSRs answer customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat. They may also process orders or provide product recommendations.
- Resolving issues: CSRs troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions. They may also assist customers with returns or provide estimated arrival times for shipments.
- Escalating issues: CSRs escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
- Collecting feedback: CSRs collect customer feedback and document their knowledge as solution articles.
- Maintaining records: CSRs maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Following up: CSRs follow up with customers to check that they are still satisfied with their purchases.
- Providing recommendations: CSRs may let customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them
- Strong communication skills

- Knowledge of the company's products, market, and industry
- Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks on time
- Familiarity with the software used to connect with customer
