Responsibilities:
- Leads the set up and tear down throughout the ballpark for each game day within the concourse, Kennel Klub and picnic areas. This includes but is not limited to setting up tables, chairs, tents, signage, etc.
- Coordinate and assist with ballpark deliveries. Stock, organize, and rotate inventory as orders arrive
- Has knowledge of all activities going on at ballpark that day
- Maintain stadium appearance ensuring seats and walkways are cleaned pre and post game
- Helps with food and beverage inventory, presentation, cleaning, and point of sales before, during and after every game
- Responsible for picking up any supplies that is not directly delivered to us- through and Food Beverage Manager
- Has constant communication with the Assistant General Manager to know which volunteer groups are coming in for Celebrity Bartending. Call the group one day in advance to double check and remind them of important details
- Assists Ticketing Manager with selling tickets to walk up buyers and will call tickets
- Help generate creative ideas for sales, promotions and events
- Assists in bringing food/drink to Kennel Klub and help keep them stocked throughout the game
- Maintain constant communication with Assistant General Manager
- Leads post game meal distribution and ballpark/clubhouse cleanup
- In charge of placing all money bags in their appropriate place at the end of the night
- Make sure everything is stored and nothing is left out It is a team effort and all interns will be expected to help and put in wherever needed including other areas besides their own

- Assists Huskies staff to set up the ballpark for upcoming games in the Kennel Klub, ticket booth, giveaway items, picnic areas, etc.
• - Make sure everything looks presentable- all trash cleaned up, etc.
• - Wipes down seating areas prior to gates opening
• - Help set up Concessions area for the upcoming game
• - Help make food prior to gates open (as directed by Game Operations Intern)
• - Checks in with other Interns to ensure areas are clean and presentable for guests
• - Help pick up any supplies needed for game day that got overlooked
- Help clean concessions and beer area
• - Help with post-game cleanup
• - Ensure all trash is taken out and brought to dumpster
• - Shut off all lights
- Make sure all props are stored and nothing is left out
- Lock up concession areas
- Lock up all gates and ticket office
- Sets up merchandise area prior to the game so it is ready for sales

- Distribute pocket schedules and corporate season memberships around Duluth and surrounding areas
- Help generate creative ideas for sales, promotions and events
- Any other duties assigned throughout the season
Apparel Store - Keep inventory of all apparel and souvenir items
- Work with Huskies front office staff on reordering items
- Assure that the apparel store looks presentable and is stocked
- Positive attitude and strong effort to succeed
- Self motivated, detail oriented and very organized
- Be committed to working extended hours included nights and weekends
- Strong communication and eagerness to learn
- Succeed in a team environment
- Some heavy lifting may apply
