Full Time HR/Administrative Assistant Job Description- Temp to Hire process

The Human Resources/Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including:
    • Answering phones and responding to emails
    • Scheduling appointments and meetings
    • Preparing and distributing reports
    • Maintaining files and records
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as:
    • Recruiting and onboarding new employees
    • Managing employee benefits
    • Conducting employee training
  • Provide customer service to employees and other stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
