Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Material Handler to join our team. Shifts available include 7:30AM - 3:00PM, 3:00PM - 11:00PM, and 11:00PM - 7:00AM. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and transporting materials, as well as maintaining inventory and ensuring efficient production workflows. Responsibilities Receive incoming materials and verify their accuracy against purchase orders and shipping documents. Safely unload materials from delivery trucks using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks. Inspect incoming materials for damage or defects and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. Transport materials to designated storage areas using forklifts or other material handling equipment. Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and efficient retrieval of materials. Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile inventory records and identify discrepancies. Prepare materials for production by staging them at designated workstations according to production schedules. Assist with the packaging and labeling of finished products for shipment to customers. Operate material handling equipment safely and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse and storage areas, including sweeping, stacking, and disposing of waste materials. Essential Skills Manufacturing forklift experience with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a forklift or material handler position. Good tenure at each position held. Sit down forklift experience from a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs and physically place items next to their station for shipping. Experience with inventory systems, preferably Plex. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of various machines, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, welding, packing, and inventory control systems. Experience in shipping and receiving, picking, packaging, and order picking. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
