Job Description:

As a Goods Flow Co-Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. Your primary responsibilities include:

Efficient Goods Flow: Execute assigned store goods flow tasks accurately and on time to optimize product availability.
Process Optimization: Utilize available systems and tools to streamline goods flow operations and maintain data integrity.
Inventory Accuracy: Adhere to inventory routines to maximize stock accuracy and minimize out-of-stocks.
Safety and Security: Prioritize safety by following all health, safety, and security protocols.
Goal Achievement: Contribute to team goals by actively participating in the goal-setting process and working towards their achievement.
Lean Operations: Promote efficiency and cost-consciousness by adopting lean principles and sharing best practices.
Knowledge Sharing: Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
