Job Title: Goods Flow Co-worker
Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Duration: 1-month Contract
Work Type: Onsite
Pay Range: $17.42 - $22.50/Hr

About the Role

As a Goods Flow Co-worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring optimal product availability for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Efficient Goods Flow Operations: Execute assigned store goods flow tasks accurately and timely to maximize product availability.
System Proficiency: Utilize store systems and tools to streamline goods flow processes and maintain data integrity.
Inventory Accuracy: Adhere to inventory routines to enhance stock accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Health, Safety, and Security: Prioritize safety by following all health, safety, and security guidelines and actively preventing incidents.
Goal Achievement: Contribute to team goals by participating in the goal-setting process and working towards their achievement.
Lean and Efficient Operations: Optimize goods flow processes by adopting lean principles and cost-conscious practices.
Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise and skills with colleagues to foster a collaborative work environment.

Required Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or warehouse operations
Familiarity with inventory management systems
