Performs a variety of professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified teammates to effectively meet the organization's staffing requirements. Uses applicant tracking system, identifies candidates from numerous sources, initiates ads, screens and qualifies candidates, and manages the recruiting life cycle from beginning to end. Works with other HR team members to facilitate the hiring process. Participates in HR projects, as requested.
Responsibilities- Provides full lifecycle recruiting in support of business staffing requirements. Conducts full lifecycle recruiting support beginning with thorough intake sessions, identification of talent by way of strategic searches, preliminary candidate screening and interviewing, coordination of management interviewing, and offer development, negotiation and processing.
- Work with hiring managers to identify job requirements and selection criteria. Build a recruitment plan to ensure quality candidates that meet the AIT's needs.
- Maintains recruiting activity and statistical data and prepares reports to management for weekly status and business review data.
- Attends job fairs, when appropriate.
- Conducts sourcing efforts for challenging position types by way of active recruiting searches and prequalifying candidate interviews for qualified candidates to present to management for review and interview selection.
- Follows federal guidelines to ensure fairness in hiring practices and maintains accurate records for tracking and auditing purposes.
- Works to identify future program staffing requirements and develops pipeline of potential candidates via database searches.

Qualifications
Education
* High School (Required)
* Bachelor's Degree Business, Communications, Human Resources or related subject (Preferred)
Experience
* 3+ years General experience in recruiting (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Knowledge and understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS). Low
* Knowledge of HR and talent acquisition best practices. Medium
* Proficient in Microsoft applications. Low
* Communication skills both written and verbal. Medium
Licenses and Certifications
* Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) - (Preferred)
* Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR)-AIRS - (Preferred)
In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
