Responsibilities
- Oversee all employee relations such as leave of absence and full life-cycle recruiting
- Opportunity to work in every aspect of HR
- Manage the on/offboarding, orientation, and new hire process
- Help design practice and procedures for staff
Experience
- At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience
Skills
- Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of FMLA, short term/long term disability
- Self-starter, willing to take initiative
Work Type
- Full Time, Direct Hire, M-F 7:30am-4:30pm
- Onsite
- Compensation: $24-26/hr
