Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a fast-casual dining establishment in West Babylon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume restaurants, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the restaurant’s financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and develop a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring they maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including managing inventory, ensuring food quality and consistency, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing any operational issues promptly.
• Guest Service Excellence: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service, addressing concerns, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the restaurant’s P&L, track key financial metrics, control labor costs, and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
• Staffing and Scheduling: Create efficient staff schedules to meet business needs while controlling labor costs.
• Training and Development: Lead the training and development of new hires and ensure ongoing coaching and feedback to foster staff growth and retention.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Promotions and Marketing: Work with the marketing team to implement local promotions, drive traffic, and increase customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing financials, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
