Responsibilities and Expectations
4+ years of operational banking experience preferred Provide support for business initiatives related to applications and systems, via ticketing system and phone queue. Coordinate business issues and support resolutions with users, vendors, and/or internal service groups. Provide administration, management, and support of information systems applications and core banking applications Perform periodic updates and installations for information systems. Support integrity of information systems via backups, verifications, BCP and DR testing; use diagnostic tools to measure, maintain, and troubleshoot applications, data systems, and services; insure optimal uptime of in-house information systems and services Update and write documentation and procedures Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve underperforming or inconsistent information systems processes Work alongside business units to understand project or system requirements and guide the assessment of appropriate solutions. Identify opportunities for potential changes to environment based on user feedback Monitors changes in business needs, making recommendations for changes as appropriate. Assist with application-level user provisioning for new hires, personnel changes, and terminations. Assist with completion of daily tasks including monitoring and logging. Following established departmental procedures and checklists, as well as bank policies. Utilize and maintain system analytics and automation within the department Completion of project support work as assigned, including merger data conversion support Assess change requests for risk to production systems, and assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported "systems" and areas Follow established Information Systems policies and procedures Follow established internal control policies
Follow established compliance policies, responsibilities including but not limited to Equity Bank Business Ethic and Conduct policy, Bank Secrecy Act, Information Security, and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or department head

Physical Requirements
This position requires standing, walking, bending, and squatting on a regular basis. May require the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or reach with hands and arms. Requires the ability to carry, lift, move or push up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis. Must be able to talk and listen to others.
Work Environment
This position regularly works in an office setting. Most of the job duties require the employee to be working with computers and electronic media on a regular basis.
