Surge Staffing LLC is hiring: Manufacturing Tech in Holmesville

Pay: $ 30-35/hr.

Hours: 3-11 pm or 11 pm-7 am (3rd shift)

Required Experience:

1. 1. Advanced experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical.
   2. PLC Logics experience.
   3. Robot programming experience.
   4. Basic fabrication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment, with a focus on pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-controlled automation systems.
• Program and maintain robotic systems used in the manufacturing process.
• Perform basic fabrication tasks to support machinery adjustments and repairs.
• Work with and maintain equipment from Allen Bradley and Siemens.
• Collaborate with team members during shift handoffs or for coverage as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently to meet production goals and timelines.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing maintenance and troubleshooting.
