About the Role:

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our Human Resources department. This is a temporary 6-month position aimed at reducing workload for our HR Manager to focus on system implementation.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Fluency in Spanish is required to support our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer the EDD Workshare Program by partnering weekly with Shop & Field teams.

Process all EDD claims efficiently and accurately.

Complete all verification of employment (VOEs) requests.

Manage programs recognizing employee anniversaries, milestones, and years of service.

Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for Shop and Field employees.

Provide support for the Vehicle Program, including paying and classifying bills.

Conduct annual MVR checks for all company drivers.

Maintain and update employee maps and data records.

Prepare and submit Concur HR expense reports for VP approval.

Act as a customer service partner, addressing employee inquiries and requests.

Collaborate with the HR team on special projects to support department initiatives.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is required.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:

Intermediate-level Excel (e.g., formulas, data sorting).

PowerPoint and Outlook calendaring expertise.

Experience with Concur expense management software.

Exceptional customer service skills with a "can-do" attitude.

Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.

Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $43.00 per hour
