Reporting into the SVP of Finance, the Revenue Operations leader will play a pivotal role in aligning our revenue-generating teams and optimizing processes, technology, and data to drive consistent growth. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success, and a passion for operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively bridge the gap between departments to ensure seamless execution of our revenue strategy, enhance performance, and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership. What You’ll Do

Revenue Strategy & Execution: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of revenue operations strategies, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Process Optimization: Partner with GTM leadership teams to support and scale our core customer acquisition and account management functions - including capacity modeling, sales/renewal/upsell selling motions, pricing strategy, territory planning & carving, and compensation design & execution. Business Partnering: Proactively support and council GTM leadership around key performance metrics, sales compensation, business planning and other areas as needed. Data & Analytics: Own the integrity of revenue data, including pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics. Deliver actionable insights and reporting to guide executive decision-making. Reporting: Produce quarterly business reviews on core business performance and facilitate conversations on learnings, challenges, and opportunities with BetterUp’s leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product leaders to define future revenue strategy for core business - including investments needed to accelerate growth in existing markets and to unlock adjacent markets (Federal, International, etc.). Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate bookings forecasting models, ensuring alignment between projections and actual performance. Leadership: Grow, lead, and mentor a team of top-tier revenue operation managers and analysts. If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

15+ years experience in a sales operations, business operations or finance role, ideally at a high-growth enterprise SaaS business. 5+ years experience building and leading high-performing teams. Strong ability to translate strategic questions into data questions and data answers into strategic recommendations. Superior communications skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects with senior Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance executives. Scrappiness: Someone who gets excited about rolling up their sleeves and doing whatever it takes to deliver, in a way that you impress yourself. At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future. The base salary range for this role is $277,000 – $478,000.
