We are seeking a Capital Markets attorney to join the Legal Department in our New York City office. You will join a team of attorneys responsible for providing legal support and legal risk management to Deutsche Bank’s U.S. Capital Markets businesses across a full range of debt and equity capital markets transactions (Debt Capital Markets (DCM), ECM and Leverage Debt Capital Markets (LDCM)). Federal securities law expertise, including familiarity with Securities and Exchange Commission regulations relevant to capital markets transactions Skills That Will Help You Excel: Qualified lawyer, in good standing with the New York State Bar Strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills Capacity to assume responsibility for your own workload from an early stage Ability to appropriately weigh legal risk, reputational and commercial issues in solving sophisticated legal problems Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Expectations:
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $170,000 to $254,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
