JOB SUMMARY: This is an ISP Position for a Team Leader located in Production Support. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating tasks and overseeing work completed by others. Providing consultant and technical assistance and leadership to the Production Support Team and ensuring analytical skills are provided for requests from all partners. This team lead position will assist the supervisor with prioritizing tasks, coordinating work duties, and ensuring work performed by the Production Support staff meets the needs of our customers. Duties and Responsibilities include: Monitor, implement, and analyze Production Service requests, job failures, jobs that were not run and ensure tasks and tickets are created and triaged correctly. Maintenance of documentation of the production jobs using RunDoc software. Identify and plan operational tasks for Production Support involving Change, Configuration, and Release as it relates to the change and installation of new production batch jobs. Provide training for new staff in (Opcon) automated scheduler, SAP, and operational procedures. **This position is a mission essential position and may require working alternate hours and during office closures.** MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 3 years data processing experience 3 years of customer service experience PREFERENCES: SAP experience. Experience working in a production environment. Cherwell or Service ticketing software experience. Batch jobs or Scheduling experience. SPECIAL NOTES: Position is located at Southwood, 2450 Shumard Oak, Tallahassee, FL. Telework is available for up to 20% of the time once proficiency of work duties are met. The tentative salary for this position is $49,050.25 annually. SALARY:
$47,380.20 - $52,367.64. BENEFITS:
