To build on the momentum, were searching for a Human Resources who will work under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources to provide a broad range of expert services and functions, including leaves of absence, recruitment, unemployment, employee relations, employee training, HR projects, and general HR support. The HR recruiter's job is to ensure that a company hires the best talent by managing the hiring process. This involves a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Job description: Designing and updating job descriptions
- Sourcing candidates: Using online channels, job boards, and social media to find potential candidates
- Screening: Reviewing resumes and applications
- Interviewing: Conducting interviews by phone, video, or in person
- Evaluating: Preparing and administering tests and evaluating candidates
- Shortlisting: Providing hiring managers with a list of qualified candidates
- Negotiating: Negotiating job offers and answering questions about compensation and benefits
- Tracking: Monitoring metrics like time-to-fill and time-to-hire
- Onboarding: Helping new hires get onboarded
- Employer brand: Building a strong employer brand by finding the right candidate for the job

- Conducts employee onboarding, educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
- Collaboration: Working with managers to identify future hiring needs
- HR recruiters can work for a company or for a staffing agency. They may travel to job fairs or visit universities to find top talent.
- Knowledge of and ability to implement HR-related tasks, processes, and projects to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Fosters a diverse and inclusive culture and makes recommendations to ensure all talent policies and procedures are diverse, equitable, and inclusive for all employees.
- Conducts offboarding activities, including exit interviews.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including USCIS Form I9 employment eligibility verification.
- Maintains and updates physical and digital files for employees documents, benefits, and attendance records.
- Provides support to employees on various HR-related topics, such as leaves and compensation, and resolves any issues that may arise.
- Promotes HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace conducive to maintaining and improving organizational culture.
- Establishes and maintains department records and reports.
- Assists the accounting department with payroll and travel budgets.
Some qualifications and experience that may be required for an HR recruiter include:
A bachelor's degree
- The ability to travel
- The ability to negotiate and work with high-level executives
- Strong analytical skills
- A strong background in customer service
- Primary Responsibilities
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Organizational Development, or Communication preferred
- Minimum of 4 years experience as an HR recruiter
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of employment/labor laws
- Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint, & Excel
Supports and facilitates implementation and training of H
