Job Details
Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions throughout the case lifecycle. Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, including gathering and organizing documentation, medical records, and evidence. Assist attorneys in preparing cases for negotiation or trial, including drafting correspondence and filing necessary legal documents. Communicate with medical providers to obtain records and coordinate treatment plans for clients. Ensure all case files are accurately maintained, updated, and compliant with legal standards. Coordinate appointments, depositions, and meetings between clients, attorneys, and experts. Assist in negotiating settlements and understanding client needs and expectations.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in personal injury case management. Strong understanding of personal injury laws and legal procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
