Build a work life that fits your needs! Our available scheduling and incentive options let you choose what matters most to you!! Hiring Casual/PRN/Per Diem Registered Nurses (RN)

to be flexible on working all shifts, days, evenings, and nights as needed.

PRN employees must work one (1) weekend per month (2 shifts), two (2) additional shifts, and a summer and winter holiday. This equates to four (4) shifts per month.

Requirements of the Casual

Registered Nurse (RN):

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state

Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.

Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of teamwork and team concept.

Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies or personnel, and the general public.

Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities

Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition

Must possess basic computer knowledge

Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
