We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Financial Services industry, based in San Francisco, California. This role involves meeting and directing clients, liaising with administrative staff, and providing additional support during large client events.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients upon their arrival

• Notify administrative staff of client's presence and direct them to their designated meeting rooms

• Act as a liaison between clients and administrative staff during large client events

• Assist in coordinating event logistics and ensuring smooth operations

• Handle additional responsibilities as a 'runner' to provide extra support to the administrative team during larger events

• Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor and positive attitude at all times

• Use superior communication skills to effectively interact with clients and staff.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing exceptional customer service

• Familiarity with financial services industry and its practices

• Proven experience in coordinating events, preferably corporate events

• Strong skills in event coordination, including planning, organizing, and executing events

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• A team player who can also work independently when necessary

• Computer literacy, particularly with customer service software and tools

• A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field would be advantageous.
