As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our conference operations by ensuring a top-notch experience for all attendees.


Responsibilities:

• Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for conference attendees

• Perform various administrative tasks to support conference operations

• Efficiently handle reception duties to assist attendees

• Coordinate event logistics across multiple floors of the office building

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners

• Assist with catering tasks to ensure seamless food and beverage service during the conference

• Utilize skills in event coordination to ensure smooth running of corporate events

• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with attendees

• Address any issues or inquiries from attendees promptly and efficiently

• Collaborate with the team to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role within the financial services industry is required

• Proficiency in delivering excellent customer service, with a customer-first mindset

• Solid understanding of the financial services sector, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly

• Experience in coordinating events, preferably within a corporate setting

• Demonstrated skills in managing corporate events, including planning, organizing, and executing successful events

• Proven ability in event coordination, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members

• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Proficiency in using industry-standard software tools and applications, with a willingness to learn new technologies as required.
