The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of large scale, complex litigation matters, and coordinating the collection, management, and production of documents. The candidate will also be responsible for drafting discovery requests and responses, case preparation, and providing legal assistance. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Manage all aspects of document production and document review for various litigation matters.2. Draft, review, and manage discovery requests and responses.3. Organize and maintain case files using case management software.4. Assist attorneys in preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.5. Conduct legal research and document findings.6. Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to ensure smooth document exchange and compliance with discovery deadlines.7. Assist with the preparation of pleadings, legal correspondence, and other documents.8. Provide legal assistance and support to the legal team as needed.9. Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, firm documents, and legal matters handled by the firm.10. Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a strong emphasis on document management.2. Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field. Paralegal certification is a plus.3. Proficiency in using legal software for case management, document management, and legal research.4. Demonstrated experience in drafting discovery requests and responses.5. Strong understanding of the litigation process, legal terminology, and court system.6. Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage large volumes of documents and information.7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.8. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of professional integrity.9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.10. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions under tight deadlines.11.
