ANDSpecialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: Providing Information Technology (IT) service including service delivery, strategic planning, and financial/budget management to high level executives.Providing technical IT guidance, interpretation, and implementation oversight of applicable information security policies, processes, and practices.
