This position serves as a Supervisory IT Program Manager (INFOSEC/CUSTSPT), located in the Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Service Delivery Staff (SDS), End-User Support Services Section (ESS) in Washington, DC. Duties

The duties and responsibilities as a Supervisory IT Program Manager (INFOSEC/CUSTSPT) GS-2210-14 generally include, but are not limited to the following: Provides overall direction and oversight of personnel management, strategy development, and security assessment and accreditation. Manages special projects that have a significant impact on the delivery of customer support services. Provides expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations for problem resolution to management and other technical specialists. Develops goals and objectives that integrate IT Solutions business, acquisition, and fiscal objectives. Manages the administration and security of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems. Salary

$139,395 - $181,216/year Conditions of Employment

You must be a United States Citizen or National. You must successfully pass a security/background investigation and a drug screening. This position requires the candidate to be able to hold a security clearance at the Top Secret / SCI security level. Requires a probationary period if the requirement has not been met. This position requires the candidate to obtain a Federal Acquisition Certificate for Contracting Officers Representative (FAC-COR) and/or Federal Acquisition Certificate for Program Manager (FAC-PM) within 12 months of appointment. You must meet all eligibility requirements by the closing date of this announcement and continue to meet these requirements throughout the hiring process. Offers can be rescinded if requirements are not met. This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one-year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed. Qualifications

For the GS-14, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:

Applying IT project management principles, methods, concepts, standards, and practices sufficient to accomplish assignments; Assisting with budget planning, acquisitions, and business administration; Resolving complex issues with landline and wireless telecommunications and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems.
