Learn more at This position will lead a flawless brand-new Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation, on time, on cost and on scope for the MedTech Memphis Logistics Center (MLC) and our Satellite Distribution Center (SDC) network attached to strategic MAKE sites. The replacement of the WMS is a key strategic Initiative within the Ethicon and CSS Business Units that will upgrade aging infrastructure platforms to secure our business today and become the cornerstone for future transformation of our distribution capabilities for the customer. This project will lay the groundwork for the development and deployment of key capabilities (People, Process, Automation, and Technology) to improve efficiency and effectiveness, whilst keeping our customer’s needs central to what we do. This project will lay the foundation for the Tier 1 Distribution Centers Global Template.Responsibilities:Deliver the Program across all workstreams per the Business Case and CARGovern performance monitoring of all resources as appropriate throughout the program lifecycleLead the Senior level and business partner program governance process to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner and that all risks and issues are escalated effectively and took care of in a controlled and compliant mannerEnsure effective program communication of program delivery updates with key partners/customersLead Cutover planning and alignment across strategic projects and functions.Ensures strong resource plan throughout the entire program.Ensure program documentation aligns with Documentation Management requirementsDrive strong alignment with the "Transcend" (ERP) Program, including synchronization of timelines, requirements, resourcing, and business partner communication.Build and lead alignment of timelines, risks and issues and overall go-live readinessEnsure all elements of program management are in place, (product delivery, communication, change management, training, testing, cutover, BCP planning, go live), managed and incorporated into appropriate workstreamDirect the Deployment Project Mgr, Core Team, Technology lead in the development and communication of program performance and metricsManage and control scopeLead overall governance and approval of work streamsWork with the business partners (i.e commercial, planning, manufacturing) throughout the program lifecycle with a particular focus on program delivery; risk, BCP planning and issue escalation; and program governance.Embed leading methodologies in the program that will enable robust and agile touchpoints throughout the deployment lifecycleQualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; focused degree specifically in Logistics, Supply Chain, Systems or Business preferredExperience and Skills: Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply chain, including project management within the MedTech/Life sciences with a strong preference for candidates with WMS deployment experience. Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.Significant experience and a demonstrated track record of success leading Program Management teams in the project/program planning and management of complex projects involving cross-functional, multi-site teams. Prior experience leading large system deployments is preferred.Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Ability to deal effectively with all levels of leadership.Strong analytical skills, including data analytics, well organized and capable of managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and programs.Proficiency with financial principles, core business concepts, and business and operations management.Demonstrated leadership capability with ability to make and act on decisions while balancing speed, quality, and risk.Ability to think strategically, demonstrate initiative and bring a solutions-orientated attitude to issues.Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a multifaceted environment.Attention to detail and a drive for ensuring data accuracy and integrityPreferredMBA, Master in Business Administration and/or Supply Chain ManagementE2E supply chain knowledge and experience, such as operations, network planning and/or systems implementationsExperience in SAP Order To Cash or ERP order management processesExperience in MedTech Supply Chain processesGlobal or regional project experienceExperienced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with SAP EWM, Blue Yonder or Manhattan is an advantageAgile Methodology knowledge and experienceLean Six Sigma, APICS, FPX or PMP methodologies knowledge of and/or certifications is an advantageOtherThe anticipated salary range for this role is $146,000-$251,850J&J Flex: J&J’s enterprise way of hybrid working for eligible office-based employees requires at least 3 days on-site with the option to work up to 2 days remote per week.Ability to travel up to 25%-50% of the time, domestic required.
