The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Because of our growth & backlog of projects, we are looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, who has years of experience in a MEP/Mechanical Construction environment, with a focus on HVAC & Plumbing.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage HVAC & Mechanical projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct site inspections and oversee installation processes to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.Manage project documentation and reporting, including progress updates and financial tracking.Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise to keep projects on track.Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.Proven experience in HVAC project management, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and sheet metal fabrication.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with construction processes and standards, including mechanical systems and plumbing.Experience with retrofitting projects and emergency services for critical facilities is a plus.Knowledge of design-assist processes, maintenance, and quality assurance in HVAC projects.BenefitsBenefits401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planPerformance Bonuses Vision insuranceFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
