Chubb North America (NA) Digital Consumer is at the forefront of transforming the insurance landscape, tasked with crafting innovative digital distribution channels for our extensive range of Chubb insurance products. Reporting to the NA Digital Consumer Head of Partner Success and Implementation, you will lead the charge in driving the digital rollout of Personal Risk Services (PRS) products, managing partner integrations, and implementing transformative enhancements.You will own the entire product management lifecycle—from developing feature roadmaps to designing solutions during the business development phase and orchestrating every detail of partner onboarding. Your ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with both the PRS and Digital teams will ensure smooth and successful delivery. By harnessing your extensive knowledge of insurance systems and processes, you will drive the build-out of a robust, deployable digital platform that meets target customer experiences while aligning with our ambitious business objectives. Join us in shaping the digital future of Chubb!In this role, you will:Serve as the primary contact for all partner implementations, beginning with Solution Design and continuing throughout implementationScope and define digital solutions to create an end-to-end digital operational structureOwn the PRS Digital Consumer program for the business and define the integration roadmap, outlining features/functionality and prioritizing efforts based on business needs, opportunities, technology/resource costs, and moreCollaborate with internal operational and technology teams to define requirements and prioritize features/functionality related to sales, service, billing, and claims linked to the service and claims roadmapsDocument processes, features, and decisions while engaging with cross-functional leadership teams to facilitate governance approvals and budget discussionsDevelop, launch, and optimize digital assets through Agile teams, building a flexible and robust digital technology platform that drives business growth and provides high-quality, modern customer experiences across all digital touchpointsTranslate business roadmaps into actionable plans in sprints, providing prioritization for Agile teams to work through the backlog and offering project management supportAdvance digital product projects by addressing questions, defining requirements, and reporting on status to Chubb Digital leaders in this highly visible emerging business

10 to 15 years of business management experience in insurance services (P&C preferred)3 to 5 years of experience as a digital product owner/manager focused on API and partnership onboardingExceptional ability to create diagrams for various purposes (flow charts, state machines, sequence diagrams, architecture diagrams) using different diagramming toolsStrong analytical, abstraction, and problem-solving skills to effectively translate business requirements into IT solutions, with a desirable emphasis on solution designDemonstrated experience with Scrum and Agile methodologiesPrevious experience working across business, IT, legal, and compliance sectors, preferably on digital initiativesProven ability to align integrations with insurance systems, including policy administration, claims, and billing (e.g., Guidewire, Majesco, Duck Creek)Demonstrated ability to guide partners through the integration process, holding them accountable for their commitmentsAbility to drive feature prioritization and development for both immediate and long-term digital product initiativesProven track record in leading change efforts with success in innovation ventures, encompassing both business and technology initiativesProject management experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are requiredIn Jersey City, NJ the pay range for the role is $144,400 - $245,600. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
