We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering personalized training programs to athletes in a structured and supportive environment. In this position, you will primarily work with middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes, offering strength training, agility development, and guidance on proper nutrition. The ideal candidate thrives in small group training settings and values individualized coaching approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized training plans for athletes.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate movement patterns and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead agility drills, strength training, and conditioning sessions.
• Facilitate team-based training programs and maintain a positive training atmosphere.
• Support athlete education on nutrition and recovery strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field.
• Certification in CSCS and/or USAW is preferred (assistance for certification available).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to individual athlete needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to create a welcoming and motivating environment for athletes.
