We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounting Clerk located in Midland, Texas. This role is integral to our operations and will involve managing customer inventory, handling inbound/outbound truck traffic, and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience with QuickBooks will be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and keep track of customer inventory.
• Efficiently handle heavy inbound and outbound truck traffic.
• Maintain organization and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize Excel for various tasks and QuickBooks for additional support if required.
• Handle billing and invoice processing tasks.
• Perform account reconciliation activities.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain vendor relations and manage vendor relationships.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize software like Oracle and SAP for various tasks.
• Analyze and control inventory, and prepare inventory reports.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in Billing
• Strong skills in Data Entry
• Experience with Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle software
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Familiarity with SAP software
• Understanding of Excel Formulas
• Experience in Inventory Analysis
• Knowledge of Inventory Controls
• Ability to generate Inventory Reports
• Skills in Vendor Relations
• Experience in maintaining Vendor Records
