Polished Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

3 or more years experience in an upper casual or fine dining environment
Experience with operations of $7M or more in sales volume
New Restaurant Opening experience is a plus
Familiar with Miami
Great Communicator
Highly proficient with POS and other tech used in today's restaurant operations
Expert training and development skills

Polished Restaurant General Manager Benefits:
